walleye opener

Well I headed out to my camp this weekend in search of walleye and was i ever shocked to see the water levels. It was Up to 15 feet lower than usual.

I tried drop offs rock, piles, shoals, jigging, trolling everything and i only ended up with a few small pike. I only heard of one walleye being caught at all this weekend so I am not the only one with bad luck.

I'm heading back up again the 24 weekend hopefully i can do better and boat a couple fish.
